My car was washed very well. The only issue is that the back of the vehicle was not cleaned as well. Soap remained on the window and dirt on the rear hatch.

I have two unlimited plans with Riptide. I normally use the Kissel Hill location but tried the Oregon Pike location today. Same excellent results. My cars look GREAT after the washes (I have midtide plans).

Sharing a note of gratitude for the kindness that the team at Riptide showed. Since it was raining and I didn't need a car wash, I was hoping to pay a la carte for the vacuum service. The team offered for me to use their vacuums for free, and when I offered to buy their interior cleaning wipes ($5), and they also gave that to me for free and wished me a happy holiday. Really appreciative of the customer care!

I love this car wash, it is automatic and it does a great job of cleaning your car.

This is the best car wash I've ever experienced, due to the fact that they have a free mat washer by the vacuum space! I ran my mats through the washer a few times to deep clean them. I was very pleased with how clean they got. Also, the vacuums had great suction and the crevice tool was a great fit to get to those hard to get areas.

This location is exceptional, very quick and clean service. Staff is super friendly, vacuuming is free for customers (place takes only credit/debit payments.) Totally recommended.

I'm subscribed to the 2nd most expensive wash level (hightide, maybe?) and have really enjoyed using this wash for my Ford Maverick. I've had no issues with paint or body damage and the car is always very clean! I know I could get it cleaner with some detailing, but I don't expect a car wash to get it any cleaner without the touch from a person's hands. I went during one of the first warm days after lots of gloomy ones and many people were in line (12 cars between me and the bay when I was at the gate to pull into line) but it took less than 10 minutes to get through the line and through the wash. I'm really impressed with the whole experience here from where it's located, to how you just pull up and enter without even rolling down your window and the free vacuums/compressed air guns are a nice feature as well. I was a few times a month up to twice a week and really think the package I pay for is totally worth it! I'll recommend this to anyone!
